Working from our superb office in central Stockport, on a hybrid basis, you’ll use your technical knowledge and practical experience to support our Property Lawyers, provide expert legal input, and help ensure cases progress smoothly and compliantly.

This is a non–case-carrying role focused on providing high-level legal and technical support to the conveyancing department. You will work alongside Property Lawyers to progress matters, undertake complex legal and procedural approvals, and ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements across a range of freehold, leasehold, unregistered, new build, and shared ownership transactions.
During peak holiday periods, your role will be to ensure files continue to progress smoothly by managing legal approvals, coordinating handovers, and maintaining momentum on key tasks. You will be involved in drafting documents, handling complex approvals, liaising with third parties where required, and supporting the wider operational objectives of the department.
