Conveyancing Fee Earner – York

A well-established law firm in York is looking to appoint two experienced Residential Property Fee Earners to strengthen its conveyancing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for ambitious professionals who are seeking autonomy, variety and the chance to develop within a supportive environment.

The role will see you managing your own caseload of conveyancing matters, covering freehold, leasehold, new build, remortgages, transfers of equity and more complex transactions. The firm has strong relationships with local agents, giving you the opportunity to build your network and contribute to the team’s continued growth.

You will bring a solid background in residential conveyancing (around 5 years+ experience), with the confidence to handle files from start to finish. Strong client care skills, a commercial approach to delivering advice and the ability to build rapport with clients are all essential. Business development experience would be advantageous, but not essential.
