Conveyancing Fee Earner - Swindon - TSR Legal are working with a well-regarded multi-service law firm, now looking to expand its growing Residential Conveyancing department in Swindon. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and forward-thinking team that prides itself on delivering a friendly, efficient, and high-quality service to clients.

Due to continued growth, the firm is seeking a skilled Conveyancer / Legal Executive, 3+ years' experience, to manage a varied residential property caseload.

• Manage a varied residential property caseload, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, and related matters.
• Handle more complex matters such as new builds, lease extensions, and transfer of part.
• Work independently from instruction to completion with strong support from the wider team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience as a Conveyancer or Legal Executive.
• Experience handling a range of property transactions, including technical or unusual matters, is highly valued.
