Overview

CONVEYANCING FEE EARNER – BENFLEET, ESSEX – £30,000 - £35,000

QED Legal are currently seeking a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join our well-respected client in Benfleet, Essex.

Experience and Requirements

We are looking for someone with experience assisting on cases to join their friendly and established residential team. You will be expected to have roughly 1 to 5 years experience.

Residential transactions you should have exposure to

• sales
• purchase
• leaseholds
• freeholds
• remortgages
• transfers of equity

If you do not have experience on a couple of the above, we still welcome applications. However please note if you do not have case handling experience within residential conveyancing, you will not be considered.
