A leading legal recruitment agency is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner/Solicitor to manage a caseload of residential conveyancing files. The role requires strong client service skills, teamwork, and the ability to handle multiple priorities. Ideal candidates will have experience in residential conveyancing and excellent communication skills. This position is based in Lancashire, England.
Reporting to the Head of Department within the Residential Conveyancing team, this role involves developing and managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing files for clients.
Work independently to establish priorities and manage deadlines effectively

Apply your experience and knowledge of residential conveyancing
Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and third parties
Provide excellent customer service and support the team in achieving targets
Deliver outstanding client service through clear communication, timely responses, and proactive management of caseloads
Ensure personal and team compliance with professional conduct rules and internal policies
Manage financial aspects of client work effectively, including write-offs where applicable
Contribute to achieving financial and business development targets
Assist in converting enquiries into new business and cross-selling services to existing clients
Maintain proficiency in practice and case management systems and other technologies to support team and firm objectives
Ensure the integrity of client, contact, and matter data
