  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases

Client Interaction and Communication
  • Provide clear, jargon-free advice to clients throughout their property transactions
  • Manage client expectations and keep them informed of progress

  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain client confidentiality at all times
Legal Documentation and Research
  • Drafting and reviewing various legal documents, including contracts, transfer deeds, and leases
