Overview

Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner/Solicitor

Role Overview
Reporting to the Head of Department within the Residential Conveyancing team, this role involves developing and managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing files for clients.

Responsibilities
  • Work independently to establish priorities and manage deadlines effectively
  • Collaborate well within a team environment
  • Apply your experience and knowledge of residential conveyancing
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and third parties
  • Provide excellent customer service and support the team in achieving targets
Principal Accountabilities
  • Deliver outstanding client service through clear communication, timely responses, and proactive management of caseloads
  • Ensure personal and team compliance with professional conduct rules and internal policies
  • Manage financial aspects of client work effectively, including write-offs where applicable
  • Contribute to achieving financial and business development targets
  • Assist in converting enquiries into new business and cross-selling services to existing clients
  • Maintain proficiency in practice and case management systems and other technologies to support team and firm objectives
  • Ensure the integrity of client, contact, and matter data
