CONVEYANCING FEE EARNER – BENFLEET, ESSEX – £30,000 - £35,000

QED Legal are currently seeking a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join our well-respected client in Benfleet, Essex. We are looking for someone with experience assisting on cases to join their friendly and established residential team. You will be expected to have roughly 1 to 5 years of experience.

The type of residential transactions you should have exposure to include:

• sales
• purchase
• leaseholds
• freeholds
• remortgages
• transfers of equity

If you do not have experience on a couple of the above, we still welcome applications. However please note if you do not have case handling experience within residential conveyancing, you will not be considered.
