Job summary

Taylor Rose invites experienced property law professionals to join a consultancy network, offering flexible working from home or offices. Earn up to 75% of your billing, with a baseline 70% split, and the freedom to choose clients, fees, hours and volume of work.

We welcome Solicitors, FCILEx, or Licensed Conveyancers with 3+ years PQE in residential or commercial property to collaborate on private and public sector matters across a national footprint.

Qualifications

• Must be a Solicitor, FCILEx, or Licensed Conveyancer.
• Experience in residential or commercial property in private/public sectors.
• Willingness to work on a consultancy, fee-sharing basis.

Responsibilities

• Provide property law advisory on client matters and transactions.
• Manage client relationships and select engagements to maximize billings.
