Job summary

Taylor Rose invites experienced property law professionals to join as fee-earning consultants. Work from home or in any Taylor Rose office, with billing shares up to 75% and a guaranteed minimum not dropping below 70%.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years PQE in residential or commercial property, with exposure to private or public sector work. You control clients, fees, hours and volume of work, supported by a dedicated ops and training head.

Qualifications

• Solicitors, FCILEx or Licensed Conveyancers with 3+ years PQE sought.
• Expertise in residential or commercial property in private/public sectors.

Responsibilities

• Advise on property matters for clients on a consultancy basis.
• Manage client relationships and generate billable work.
• Collaborate with Taylor Rose teams for client delivery.
