Job summary

Taylor Rose invites solicitors, FCILEx or Licensed Conveyancers with 3+ years of PQE in residential or commercial property to join on a consultancy basis. You can work from home, in one of our offices, or both, and you control your client base, fees, hours and workload.

Earn up to 75% of billed fees, with a 70% floor in your split, and benefit from access to accreditations, lender panels and nationwide resources.

Qualifications

• Solicitors, FCILEx or Licensed Conveyancers with 3+ years PQE in property law sought.
• Expertise in residential or commercial property across private/public sectors required.
• Consultancy/fee-sharing arrangements with flexible client selection.

Responsibilities

• Join Taylor Rose on a consultancy basis and manage your own client load.
• Agree on fees, hours and volume of work with the firm and clients.
• Engage in property-related matters for private and/or public sector clients.
