Sue Ross Recruitment Ltd seeks an experienced Legal Assistant/Paralegal for a busy Conveyancing Department in the UK. You will assist with residential matters from instruction to completion and work closely with the Conveyancing Manager to ensure smooth file progression and excellent client care.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in residential conveyancing, familiarity with case management systems, and a proactive, team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ minimum experience in residential conveyancing (essential).
• Assist with files from start to finish under supervision.
• Familiarity with case management systems (training provided).
• Experience using LEAP software (advantageous but not essential).
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, positive approach to teamwork and client service.

Responsabilités

• Assist with a varied caseload from instruction through to completion.
• Progress files smoothly and maintain high-quality client care.
• Support Conveyancing Manager and keep files up to date.
