A well-respected high street law firm in Whitley Bay is seeking a Conveyancing Assistant to support their busy residential conveyancing team. This role offers a competitive salary (£23,000 – £28,000) and a supportive environment for career progression. Ideal candidates will have experience in conveyancing support, strong communication skills, and attention to detail. This position is office-based with potential for hybrid working after probation.

Due to continued growth in their Property department, they are now seeking a Conveyancing Assistant to support their busy residential conveyancing team.
As a Conveyancing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting fee earners and ensuring that client transactions progress smoothly and efficiently. You’ll gain hands‑on experience across a full range of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
