The Role
  • Provide technical legal support to residential property teams, including title examination, contract settlement, and conveyancing quality assurance.
  • Draft detailed contract report letters for new developments and residential property sales, as well as conveyancing search reports for clients.
  • Review development documentation to ensure suitability for sales and mortgage security.
  • Advise on complex technical conveyancing issues and oversee file reviews for compliance and risk assessment.

You
  • Minimum of 5 years’ post‑qualification experience in residential property with comprehensive knowledge of conveyancing law and practice.
  • Experienced with the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme, case management systems, Land Registry portal, and online conveyancing software.
  • Able to assess risk, make compliance decisions, and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
