Qualifications

• 5+ years PQE in residential conveyancing.
• Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload from instruction to completion.
• Excellent client communication and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a diverse caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion.
• Review contracts and conduct property searches for accuracy and compliance.
• Provide clear legal advice and keep clients informed throughout the transaction.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, agents, and lenders.
• Prepare and submit Land Registry applications and manage supporting documentation.
• Ensure all transactions comply with current law and industry best practices.
