We are seeking a dedicated Retail Manager to oversee the daily operations of a busy forecourt and convenience store. This role is ideal for someone with strong management skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will be very hands on whilst also managing staff and ensuring compliance with safety regulations, handle customer inquiries, and drive sales through strategic marketing initiatives. The role would suit an experienced manager looking for a fresh challenge or someone looking to take that next step into management and more responsibilities.

Day-to-day of the role
  • Oversee and manage the daily operations
  • Ensure all safety regulations are met and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
