Job summary

A technology firm specializing in building automation is seeking a Controls and Integration Engineer to design and optimize BMS solutions. You will interrogate, install, and maintain sophisticated control systems and be the primary client liaison. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting, programming, and ensuring technical requirements are met. This role requires occasional travel across the UK, a bachelor's in engineering is preferred, and offers a salary of £35,000 - £55,000 with additional perks like a company car or allowance.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with Building Management Systems like Tridium, Trend, and Honeywell.
  • Mature understanding of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

  • Design, install, and maintain engineered solutions.
  • Oversee the commissioning of BMS equipment.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
  • Produce daily engineers' reports.

Skills

Experience with BMS Controls systems
On-site commissioning experience
Understanding of control strategy writing
Electrical installation knowledge
Flexibility and adaptability
Motivated in building automation
Design and programming of BMS systems

Education
