Job summary
Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Control Systems Engineer / PLC Programmer / Automation Engineer for an on-site role in Saltash, Cornwall. Salary is £40,000 - £50,000 with technical training and long-term development, plus progression opportunities and early finish Fridays.
The position involves designing electrical and control systems for bespoke processes and supporting projects through commissioning.
Qualifications
- Experience in designing electrical and control systems for automated processes.
- Proven PLC programming experience with Siemens TIA Portal.
- Junior to intermediate level with 2+ years in controls/automation.
- Full UK driving licence and passport for travel.
Responsibilities
- Design electrical and control systems for composite moulding processes.
- PLC programming (Siemens TIA Portal) and producing drawings/specifications.
- Support projects end-to-end from feasibility through commissioning and handover.
