Role Overview

On offer is an exciting opportunity to join a long‑standing and nationally recognised company where you will be designing control panels, then doing test and assembly, for a range of special‑purpose machinery. Once up to speed, you can progress into a managerial role looking after a small team of engineers.

Responsibilities

• Control panel design, test and assembly
• Working on Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley and Siemens PLCs
• Assist in development into a Junior Manager position
• Work schedule: Monday to Thursday 8am‑5pm, early finish on Fridays, 37.5 hours a week

Qualifications & Experience

• Controls Engineer with experience in PLC programming
• A clear ambition to progress into a managerial role
