Hours: Monday to Friday 6am-2pm or 7am-3pm
Salary: £48,000
Location: Heanor, Derbyshire

We are seeking experienced Maintenance Electricians to join our innovative client in Derbyshire on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled maintenance professional to become part of a growing business with strong prospects for career development.

Responsibilities of a Maintenance Electrician:
  • Carry out preventative, predictive, and reactive maintenance on electrical systems, machinery, and production equipment
  • Diagnose and repair electrical faults on production machines, control panels, motors, sensors, PLCs, and other automation systems.
  • Support with plant improvements to enhance performance
  • Installation, commissioning, and integration of new machinery and equipment.
Requirements of a Maintenance Electrician:
  • Hold a recognised qualification in engineering/ electrical
  • 17th / 18th edition wiring regulations required
  • Must have hydraulic and pneumatic experience as well as fault finding on PLC’s
  • Understanding of food industry hygiene and safety standards (desirable)

This role is commutable from Heanor, Derby, Nottingham, Burton, Loughborough.
