We’re looking for a Controls Compliance Manager to join our Finance team on a 12-month fixed‑term contract. You’ll be the heartbeat of SOX compliance across the EMEA region, ensuring our control environment is not just ticking boxes—but driving excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Own the SOX Compliance Calendar: Track and manage deadlines for 100+ control instances across EMEA. No control left behind.
• Quality Review with Precision: Dive deep into control documentation, testing evidence, and remediation plans. You’ll be the final set of eyes before sign‑off.
• Partner Across the Business: Collaborate with 40+ control owners—from Ops to sales to Finance—to ensure controls are executed timely, documented, and understood.
• Feedback That Fuels Growth: Provide constructive, actionable feedback that helps teams elevate their control game.
• Report with Confidence: Keep leadership informed with crisp updates, risk flags, and progress reports. You’ll be the go‑to for control health in the region.
