Job summary

Private Equity Insights Ltd, headquartered in London, is seeking a Controller to own the finances of one of its portfolio companies. You will gain significant responsibility and work closely with senior leadership.

Responsibilities include budgeting, cash flow reporting, monthly P&L, cost optimization, intercompany loans, and working capital management. You'll partner with sales and operations and report to investors monthly with opportunities for board-level involvement.

Qualifications

• Accounting background with more than two years at a Big Four firm.
• Experience as CFO/Head of Finance or Finance Director in a SME.
• UK work permit.
• Media and Conferences industry background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual budgets for effective financial planning.
• Provide weekly updates on cash flow.
• Conduct monthly P&L and cash updates for insights.
• Evaluate and implement cost optimisation programs.
• Review intercompany and external loans to ensure financial health.
• Offer support to sales and operations teams.
• Lead the Working Capital responsibilities.
• Manage the Human Resources Financial Planning responsibilities.

Your responsibilities
