We are seeking an experienced Control Tower Lead to oversee technology logistics operations across multiple regional sites. This role combines local site leadership with regional coordination, ensuring consistent communication, reporting, and service delivery for all client accounts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving performance across logistics operations, maintaining client satisfaction, ensuring accurate billing, and leading a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Control Tower and logistics operations at the local site.
  • Coordinate activities, reporting, and issue resolution across regional logistics sites.
  • Ensure consistent and professional client communication across all active accounts.
  • Produce accurate and timely reports (daily, weekly, and monthly) across all regions.
  • Oversee and validate billing activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Represent logistics operations in client meetings, providing updates on KPIs, service delivery, and issue resolution.
  • Manage shift coverage, timekeeping, and team performance.
  • Support onboarding, training, and development for new staff across regional locations.
  • Identify and elevate operational risks, client issues, and staffing challenges to senior leadership.
  • Maintain alignment with client Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and internal process documentation.
  • Drive continuous improvement across communication, process consistency, and service standards.
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations and promote a safe working culture.
Key Skills and Experience
  • Degree-level qualification (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams across multiple locations.
  • Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a similar operational environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
