Wolviston Management Services, in partnership with Endolys, invites an experienced Control Room Technician to contribute to commissioning and ongoing operation of a large-scale facility. You will monitor plant performance from a central control room, ensuring safe, stable and efficient operations.

Reporting to the Team Leader, you will work with Lead and Outside Technicians, manage alarms and start-up activities, and help drive continuous improvement while upholding COMAH and site safety

Formación

• Experience operating DCS/PLC/SCADA systems in a high-hazard environment.
• Background in chemical or process industries.
• Level 2/3 qualification in Process Operations or equivalent.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to work continental shift pattern; flexibility.

Responsabilidades

• Support monitoring and control of plant operations from the Control Room.
• Participate in commissioning, start-up and steady-state operations.
• Verify alarms and set points to maintain plant integrity.
• Contribute to safety and regulatory compliance.
• Provide accurate shift handovers and logs.
• Collaborate with maintenance, production and engineering teams.
• Promote a strong safety culture in line with COMAH.
• Respond to process upsets and emergencies.
• Assist in start-up procedures and continuous improvement.
• Mentor operators and support cross-training.
• Ensure documentation and records are kept up to date.
