Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking an Operations Control Room Officer to monitor security operations and coordinate responses from NN17 5AN. This role requires logging incidents, coordinating with field teams, and maintaining clear client communications, across 12-hour shifts (days and nights).

Applicants should have control room or operations experience, strong communication skills, and a valid SIA Licence. Knowledge of Glasgow area is a plus, with a diverse, inclusive workplace across shifts.

We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Operations Control Room Officer to join our team. This critical role involves monitoring security operations, coordinating responses, and ensuring seamless communication between field teams and clients

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate responses to incidents, emergencies, and alarm activations.


• Maintain clear communication with mobile response teams, site officers, and clients.


• Log incidents, activities, and shift updates accurately in the control room systems.


• Ensure compliance with operational protocols and procedures.


• Provide regular updates to clients regarding site activities and incidents.


• Act as the central point of contact for all security operations during your shift.

Requirements:
