In this dynamic role, you will be at the forefront of monitoring essential systems that directly impact the day-to-day operational effectiveness of The Oracle, ensuring a seamless experience for everyone. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding the well-being of our valued customers, retailers, and staff through diligent and proactive monitoring of our comprehensive CCTV system. Your vigilance and quick thinking will be essential in maintaining a secure and thriving environment within The Oracle. As a Control Room Assistant, you will monitor and operate all site Life systems including CCTV cameras and the Skidata Car Park system to ensure that all procedures are adhered to and that all systems work to support the scheme 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, which in turn provides additional safety and security for all our customers.
We are looking for a highly communicative and detail-oriented individual who can demonstrate the ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure. A methodical and logical approach to tasks is crucial, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of Control Room operations. This exciting position offers comprehensive training across all Control Room functions, providing a solid foundation for your success.
All applicants must have a SIA CCTV licence and a desirable SIA level 2 Door Supervisor licence. Appointment to this role is contingent upon successful completion of British Standards 7858 vetting (as mandated by the SIA), which requires a five-year checkable history and confirmation of your right to work in the UK.
