Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee risk owners, control owners and senior management to ensure risks are identified, assessed and managed.
• Ensure robust governance of risk and controls.
• Provide independent analysis of risk and control environment.
• Lead investigations of operational events to identify root causes and remediation.
• Conduct deep-dive risk reviews to assess mitigation adequacy.
• Drive remediation of weaknesses in the control environment.
• Support Control Assurance in testing and thematic risk reviews.
• Collaborate with 2LoD on risk policy implementation.
