Job summary

A leading engineering company in High Wycombe is seeking a Control Panel Wirer to join their growing workshop. In this role, you will build and wire control panels according to specifications, install various components, manage parts, and ensure safety standards are maintained. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in this field, be able to read wiring diagrams, and work effectively as part of a team. Attractive salary and permanent position offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Control Panel Wireman.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and build panels.
• Team player with good organisational skills.
• Experience with BMS panels.

Join a growing workshop and take responsibility for assembling and wiring control panels to specification.

Responsibilities

• Build and wire panels from electrical schematics and drawings.
• Install components (PLCs, relays, switches, power supplies).
• Resolve errors, manage parts, and prepare panels for delivery.
• Testing and occasional site work for modifications.
• Maintain safety standards and a tidy workspace.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Control Panel Wireman.
