Your future role

Overseeing the design, implementation, and management of depot improvement projects to enhance production efficiency, cost control, quality, and safety. Key responsibilities include supporting project governance, acting as a liaison between facilities and operations teams, and driving continuous improvement in depot infrastructure, safety standards, and digital integration.

We’ll look to you for:
  • Support and aid control with the project design, installation, implementation and delivery governance of depot improvement projects (New/improved applications).
  • Manage new/improved depot implementation projects on depot which influence or impact production efficiencies, costs, quality, and safety.
  • Support the FM managers/teams with regards to knowledge transfer, project support and site best practice application.
  • Manage the interface/conduit between the Service site's facility team and production/fleet operations with regards to new & reactive operational tasks.
  • Represent the Service Site Management as advisor for all issues relating to environmental control, facility operational status and take supportive role in working towards required ISO accreditation.
  • Support site development plans in relation to layout of depot infrastructure/5S Offices/Visualisation.
  • Propose areas for improvement at the site to the Management team with justified business case, costings and delivery plan. Identify cost savings in the annual operating costs of the depot operations.
  • Visualisation implementation throughout the depot to support technological advances.
  • Manage front/back end projects of digitisation implementation across site.
  • Support with hardware/software integration and application.
  • Govern accident, close calls reporting, investigations and improvements.
  • Support with Safety and Environmental Audits/Inspections.
  • Manage Operations APSYS.
  • Manage Depot 5S Performance.
