Our client are a long standing organisation in the communications sector. They are recruiting an experienced Contracts and Service Manager to join their busy team. The Contracts & Service Manager is a standalone role but you will be responsible for managing the contracts and service function of the business.
Monday to Friday. Salary £26-30k plus benefits
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate repairs, including booking equipment in, arranging collections/returns, and liaising with engineers and customers throughout the repair process.
- Manage and administer maintenance contracts, including renewals, amendments, and updates.
- Prepare, issue, and track contract renewal quotations and service documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM and service management systems.
- Provide excellent customer service — handling calls and emails professionally and promptly.
- Support the service and contracts team with general administration, scheduling, and documentation.
- Assist in preparing management reports and service performance data as required.
- Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to ensure efficient coordination of services.
- Ensure all customer interactions and contract activities are compliant with company policies and procedures.
Skills and Experience Required
- Minimum 5 years of strong administrative experience in a similar office-based role.
- Proven experience in contracts administration or service coordination — ideally within a technical, engineering, or communications environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a confident telephone manner.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM or service management systems.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in a two-way radio, telecoms, or technology service company is advantageous.
