Position: Contracts Manager (Sub-Contractor)

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Contracts Manager to join our team in Slough, UK. As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our sub-contractor contracts, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the entire sub-contractor contract process, from negotiation to execution and close-out.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with sub-contractors and ensure that they are meeting their contractual obligations.
  • Review and negotiate contract terms and conditions to ensure that they are fair and in line with company policies.
  • Monitor sub-contractor performance and address any issues that arise during the contract period.
  • Work closely with project managers to ensure that sub-contractors are meeting project deadlines and deliverables.
  • Manage all contract documentation, including amendments, change orders, and other related documents.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with legal and finance teams to resolve any contract-related issues.
  • Conduct regular audits of sub-contractor contracts to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on the status of sub-contractor contracts.
Qualifications
