Are you an experienced Contracts Manager with a strong background in planned works delivery within the social housing sector? This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable contractor who is actively developing and expanding its business across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee multiple planned works schemes including roofing, kitchens & bathrooms, windows & doors, externals, and compliance works
  • Lead and support Site Managers and delivery teams to achieve programme milestones
  • Build strong relationships with clients, local authorities, housing associations, and resident groups
  • Manage budgets, commercial performance, KPIs, and programme delivery
  • Drive health & safety excellence across all sites
  • Report weekly progress, risks, and commercial updates to senior leadership
