Job description

A main building contractor is seeking to appoint a Contracts Manager to work on multiple small works projects—both refurbishment and maintenance—located within an hour’s travel range from their office in the Portsmouth area.

Site values are between £10K-£200K and clients include both public and private sectors.

A stable previous history in this type of work is required.

• SMSTS certification (mandatory)
• First Aid certification (mandatory)
• Relevant CSCS card (preferred)

Employment is offered on a salaried package basis.
