Contracts Manager – Roofing

Office based in South Wales | Covering projects across the West Midlands to the South West of England.

About the role

As Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple roofing projects from inception through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. You’ll work closely with site teams, clients, and suppliers to maintain excellent working relationships and ensure smooth project delivery.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations across multiple roofing projects.
  • Plan, monitor, and control project progress, costs, and resources.
  • Liaise with clients, surveyors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure all works meet health, safety, and quality standards.
  • Oversee project documentation and contract administration.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and compliance.
Requirements
  • Proven experience managing roofing or construction contracts.
  • Strong understanding of roofing systems (pitched, flat, or industrial).
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Full UK driving licence (company vehicle provided).
  • Based within reasonable distance of South Wales or along the M4/M5 corridor.
