Job summary

PPM Recruitment in Nottingham is seeking an experienced Contract Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day delivery of a busy grounds maintenance contract. You will manage operational teams, plan workloads and resources, and support the Contract Manager with successful contract delivery.

You will supervise teams, monitor quality and safety standards, and liaise with clients while ensuring efficient use of vehicles and equipment. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory/team management experience.
• Experience within grounds maintenance, landscaping, horticulture, arboriculture or a similar environment.
• Strong leadership, organisation and communication skills.
• Good understanding of health & safety.
• Confident using IT systems and completing reports.
• Full UK driving licence - essential.
