Are you ready to take the lead in delivering innovative modular building solutions across the UK? Balfour Beatty is looking for a Contracts Manager to join our Modular Accommodation team and drive excellence from mobilisation to completion.

What you'll be doing

As Delivery Manager, you'll be the linchpin of our modular building projects—ensuring smooth delivery, compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction. You'll:

  • Own and submit Works Package Plans (WPPs) to customers
  • Collaborate with clients to develop detailed project programmes
  • Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors
  • Host pre-start meetings and conduct progress inspections
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold company values
  • Monitor quality, manage risks, and ensure compliance with safety standards
  • Track performance and manage budgets to meet financial targets
  • Promote continuous improvement and best practices
Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone with:
