Mott MacDonald Bentley in Scotland is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead a portfolio of water and wastewater schemes across Scotland. You will manage site teams, drive delivery, and ensure quality and client satisfaction.

The role requires NEC3/4 knowledge, civil engineering background, and CSCS/SSSTS qualifications, with willingness to travel to sites and hold a valid driving licence. Excellent organisation and stakeholder communication are essential.

Formación

• CSCS required; health and safety knowledge essential.
• SSSTS/ SMSTS preferred for site supervision.
• A valid driving licence and willingness to travel to sites.

Responsabilidades

• Instill company culture and drive consistency across schemes.
• Lead a team of site managers to ensure successful delivery.
• Improve awareness, compliance and performance with standards and processes.
• Support growth and development of the team.
• Take overall responsibility for commercial and programme delivery and client satisfaction.
