Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Contracts Manager within housebuilding.
• A natural leader with drive and ability to empower and develop team members at all levels.
• High level of determination and self-discipline to achieve best-in-class build quality and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to assimilate information quickly to formulate decisions.

Responsibilities

• Management and support of staff from all disciplines to build a strong, customer focused and highly effective team.
• Motivate and lead the relevant site teams in line with Company ethos and targets.
• Prime driver for planning, procuring, managing and controlling all necessary project resource.
• Ensure quality of sites and developments in line with customer expectations and changing market demands.
