Qualifications

• Track record working as a Contracts Manager for a reputable main contractor.
• Experience working on new build residential and education projects.
• Able to commute to London on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

• Lead all schemes through final pre-construction phases.
• Ensure production quality is achieved on time and within budget.
• Work with Quantity Surveyors to attain agreed cash flow.
