Job summary

A leading Fit Out contractor based near Ringwood is looking for a Construction Contracts Manager to oversee multiple office fit-out projects with values between £1M and £10M. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience, strong communication, and organisational skills. This position offers a salary of £80,000 – £85,000 alongside excellent benefits and a hybrid working arrangement.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience running own projects, ideally as a Contracts Manager.
  • Proven track record in winning work and building relationships.
  • Experience in Internal and Fit-Out projects.

  • Ensure projects run smoothly and within scope.

Construction Contracts Manager

Are you a Construction Contracts Manager, who thrives in managing multiple projects and supporting teams?

A confident Contracts Manager with excellent communication is now needed by an award‑winning and project‑winning Fit Out contractor based just outside of Ringwood. There will be hybrid working offered.

Responsibilities
  • Work on 3–5 Office fit‑out contracts (values £1M–£10M) concurrently, supporting small teams of Site and Project Managers.
  • Ensure fit‑out projects are running smoothly and within scope.
  • Report directly to the Operations Director while exercising autonomy over own teams and projects.
Qualifications
  • Evidence of running own projects for 5+ years minimum (ideally in a Contracts Manager position already).
  • Evidence of winning work / building relationships.
  • Internal and Fit‑Out experience.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Excellent organisational & team management skills.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Looking for a permanent position and a hands‑on approach.
