We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the delivery of responsive repairs, planned maintenance, and void works across our social housing portfolio. You will be responsible for ensuring that all works are delivered to the highest standard, on time, and within budget, while maintaining compliance with the NHF Schedule of Rates Version 8.
