About the Role

Pro Staff Construction are working with an established and rapidly growing construction contractor that is looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple refurbishment and conversion projects across the North East.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious professional to join a forward-thinking contractor delivering high-quality commercial-to-residential conversions.

You’ll be responsible for managing projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring each one is delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multiple refurbishment and conversion projects across the region
  • Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers
  • Oversee pre-construction planning, material schedules and procurement
  • Monitor budgets, programmes and project performance
  • Ensure compliance with H&S standards and company procedures
  • Liaise closely with clients, design teams and stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven background as a Contracts Manager within the construction sector
  • Experience managing refurbishment, retrofit, or commercial-to-residential projects
  • HND/Degree in Construction Management
  • SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
  • Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts and procurement
