The role involves both office work and site visits, requiring experience in the industrial, refurbishment, and civils sectors. We are working with a regional contractor who were established almost 40 years ago operating across industrial, commercial and manufacturing sectors. A lot of the work they do is for Blue Chip clients and is secured via repeat business & negotiated works.
They have a strong pipeline of work and are now in a position to recruit a Contracts Manager to join their team.
The majority of the work they do is in the North West so they are looking to meet with local individuals who can travel across the North West on a daily basis.
The role will be split between their offices & visits to sites and meetings.
Ideally, they are looking for someone with experience within the industrial, refurbishment and civils sectors.
