As the business continues to grow, our client is looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects, manage teams, and ensure smooth delivery across their busy operations. This role offers the chance to join a stable and expanding contractor with a first-class reputation in their sector.

The Role

• Oversee the delivery of multiple insurance, maintenance, and repair contracts across Scotland
• Lead and support Project and Site Managers to ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards
• Manage client relationships with insurers, loss adjusters, and property owners
• Monitor budgets, profitability, and commercial performance in collaboration with the QS team
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, H&S standards, and client expectations

About You
