Contracts Manager - Groundworks

Salary: £100,000 - £120,000 + Full Benefits

Location: Northern Home Counties (Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, and surrounding areas)

About the Role

We have been asked to find a Contracts Manager who has a proven background working for residential groundwork subcontractors. Usual packages include foundations and externals for residential plots across the Home Counties. The role reports to the Operations Director of this division and oversees several live sites while helping plan preconstruction for new sites. You will support on-site management, maintain programme requirements, and control costs. Quality, safety, and professionalism are at the forefront and fall under your remit for your projects. This is a client-facing role and you will uphold or improve the standards of the business. Travel around Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, and nearby areas will be required.
