Opportunity

You’ll take the lead on multiple care home construction projects, managing delivery teams and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple live construction projects from pre‑construction through to handover
• Lead and motivate Site Managers and Project Teams across several developments
• Ensure all projects meet programme, budget, and quality targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
• Drive compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards

• Proven experience managing care home or extra care projects
• Strong background in main contracting and design & build delivery
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client‑facing skills
• Commercially astute with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency
• Happy to travel between sites across the South East region
