Job summary

Exchange Street Claims & Financial Services is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee a portfolio of property damage claims and projects arising from subsidence and other perils. The role is primarily desk-based with work from home, covering the North of England, and occasional site visits may be required.

Ideally, MCIOB qualification is preferred but not essential, offering an opportunity to lead client engagements and drive project delivery within a specialist claims environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a portfolio of property damage claims.
• Ability to work from home and coordinate across the North of England.
• MCIOB qualification is preferable but not essential.

• Oversee a portfolio of property damage claims arising from subsidence and perils (fire, flood, storm).

Job description

You will work from home and operate throughout the North of England as required, acting for key clients. The projects will be predominantly managed from the desk, but the occasional site visit may be required.
