The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a leading planned maintenance contractor delivering social housing refurbishment projects around Wolverhampton.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee planned maintenance programmes (kitchens, bathrooms, and associated works) in the social housing sector
  • Manage site teams and ensure quality, H&S, and client satisfaction
  • Lead contract delivery meetings, track performance, and manage budgets
  • Build and maintain relationships with housing associations and local authority clients
  • Support and mentor site and project teams to achieve targets
  • Drive performance, programme compliance, and health & safety standards
What You'll Need
  • Proven experience delivering social housing planned works / capital refurbishment projects
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Excellent knowledge of kitchen & bathroom refurbishment programmes
  • Commercially Minded
  • SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid (desirable)
  • Full UK driving licence
