The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a leading planned maintenance contractor delivering social housing refurbishment projects around Wolverhampton.

These key duties will be managing planned kitchen and bathroom replacement programmes

The Contracts Manager will be reporting directly to the Ops Director, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee planned maintenance programmes (kitchens, bathrooms, and associated works) in the social housing sector
  • Manage site teams and ensure quality, H&S, and client satisfaction
  • Lead contract delivery meetings, track performance, and manage budgets
  • Build and maintain relationships with housing associations and local authority clients
  • Support and mentor site and project teams to achieve targets
  • Drive performance, programme compliance, and health & safety standards
What You’ll Need
  • Proven experience delivering social housing planned works / capital refurbishment projects
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Excellent knowledge of kitchen & bathroom refurbishment programmes
  • Commercially Minded
  • SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid (desirable)
  • Full UK driving licence
