Job summary

Thomas Gray Ltd is seeking a highly capable Site Manager to oversee multiple sites mainly in Northamptonshire and Warwickshire. You will lead a team of Site Managers, manage build programmes, and ensure strict health and safety compliance.

Applicants should have a proven track record in housebuilding, deep knowledge of Building Regulations and NHBC standards, and a strong ability to coordinate with authorities and inspectors to deliver high-quality handovers.

Qualifications

• Demonstratable track record within housebuilding is essential.
• First class experience of Health & Safety, Building Regulations and NHBC standards.
• Strong understanding of local Groundworkers.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and support a team of Site Managers.
• Detailed approach to managing build programmes and sequencing on all sites within your responsibility.
• Take overall responsibility for health, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Maintain quality control and ensure all works meet NHBC and company standards.
• Liaise with internal departments, local authorities, and inspectors to resolve issues efficiently.
• Support the customer journey by ensuring timely handovers and exceptional finish quality.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to keep the build on track.
